We ship most orders within 24-48 hours of Payment.

Note: Buyers in countries other than the USA are responsible for any import duties or customs that your country collects. We do mark the invoice as "Alternative Energy Product" and some countries do not collect import duties on these items. Please check with your local customs officials to determine your import duties before placing your order. We are not responsible for, nor do we collect any import duties.

Note to Canada customers: If you select UPS Standard as the shipping method, UPS will collect a brokerage fee at your door upon delivery. Customers in Canada have said this fee is anywhere from $15 to $65. So beware that there WILL BE an extra cost to you above and beyond the shipping cost that we collect when you place your order. Unfortunately UPS does not let us know how much this fee is before we ship your item so we cannot tell you ahead of time what your fee will be.

WindBlue Power products are warranted for a period of 90 days, subject to the conditions set forth below. If, during the warranty period you are not satisfied with the product we will refund the full purchase price. If you find the product to be not working properly or damaged we will exchange or repair the item, at our discretion. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

1. Proper delivery: The product must be packed to prevent damage and shipped to the following: WindBlue Power LLC, 9090 E 430 S, Wolcottville, IN 46795 USA, and include the following:

a. Proof of purchase
b. Reason for return

2. Abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration, unauthorized repairs voids warranty.

Damage caused by lightning is considered an act of God and is not covered.
