PMA Rotors and Stators

The Stator, is the part of a motor, generator or alternator that does not rotate. In permanent magnet alternators it holds the coils and laminates.

Wind Blue power offers the same Stators that are used in our PMA Alternators. These products along with the PMA Rotor are usually used with the Delco 10si/12si alternator for those who wish to build their own Permanent Magnet Alternators. These separate components are also used as replacement parts for existing wind turbines.

The STA-520 Stator is the exact same stator used in the DC-520 Alternator that is included in our Breeze Wind Generator Kit. Use this stator, the Delco 10si/12si alternator and the Permanent Magnet Alternator Rotor to build your own DC-520 PMA for your wind turbine. You should also use this stator as a replacement for the DC-520 stator if it should break or improperly functions.

The STA-540 Stator is the exact same stator used in the DC-540 Alternator that is included in our Lite Breeze Wind Generator Kit. Use this stator, the Delco 10si/12si alternator and the Permanent Magnet Alternator Rotor to build your own DC-540 PMA for your wind turbine. You should also use this stator as a replacement for the DC-540 stator if it should break or improperly functions.

The STA-500 Stator is the exact same stator used in the DC-500 Alternator. Use this stator, the Delco 10si/12si alternator and the Permanent Magnet Alternator Rotor to build your own DC-500 PMA for your wind turbine. You should also use this stator as a replacement for the DC-500 stator if it should break or improperly functions.

The STA-512 Stator is the exact same stator used in the DC-512 Alternator. Use this stator, the Delco 10si/12si alternator and the Permanent Magnet Alternator Rotor to build your own DC-512 PMA for your wind turbine. You should also use this stator as a replacement for the DC-512 stator if it should break or improperly functions.

Wind Blue Power's Permanent Magnet Alternator Rotor fits Delco 10si/12si alternators and is ideal for building your own PMA. This rotor features our exclusive 303 Stainless Steel Shaft for excellent corrosion protection and increased power output. The Rotor shaft offers an standard 5/8 x18 threads per inch, to easily adapt to your custom wind turbine. This PMA Rotor also features our N40 Grade Neodymium magnets that are custom made to our specifications to provide the best performance possible with zero cogging. This rotor unit comes fully assembled and ready to install and includes the shaft nut and washer.
