Alternator Hardware and Bearings

Unsure of which alternator hardware and bearings you need to build your wind generator? This section answers just that.

Wind Blue Power proudly offers Delco Hardware to ensure the proper construction of your wind generator that uses Delco Alternators.

Choose the supplies you need: hardware kits, alternator cases, AC output connection cables, fan and pully kits, and bearing kits.

The complete Hardware Kit for Delco 10si or 12si Alternators includes everything you'll need to attach or repair your wind generator alternator. You'll get 1 Battery Post Kit, 1 Rectifier Hold Down Bolt, 1 Shaft Nut and Lockwasher and 4 alternator case bolts. This is a great tool for replacing rusty screws or broken posts.

Our Fan and Pulley Kit is the best choice to replace your broken or worn out fan and pulley on Delco 10si or 12si alternators. It includes 1 fan and 1 pulley.

The Bearing Kit consists of a complete set of front and rear bearings that fit on Delco 10si, 12 si or Type100 27si alternators. Additionally, Wind Blue Power includes Front Bearing Retainer and Hold Down Bolts in addition to the standard bearing kit materials.

Our AC Output Pigtail allows you to add 3-Phase AC Output to any Delco 10SI or 12SI alternator or PMA based on a Delco 10SI or 12SI alternator regardless of the manufacture. It also works with WindBlue Alternators not equipped with the AC output option. AC Output Pigtail installation does require you to disassemble your alternator. Using this pigtail with out AC Output Connection Kit for the easiest way to connect your alternator to the battery. This product includes pigtail, dust cover and hold down clamp.

Protect your alternator from outside elements with the Delco 10so Alternator case. Great for new alternators, or replacing broken alternator cases.

The AC output Connection Pigtail will plug into our DC-540 and DC-520 AC Output Connector. This allows you to connect to a rectifier (not included) of your choice. Includes 3 wire splices for connection to the cable run to your rectifier/battery location.
